iris NextBus provides real time information on the present location of the buses. Hence, the information provided is accurate at the time of query. 8. Why is it that when I repeat my query, I sometimes encounter a sudden drop in prediction time (eg. Next bus predicted to arrive in 10 minutes but in 2 minutes time, the revised prediction indicates 3 minutes)?
Sudden drops in prediction time do occur when a bus is introduced half way on-service and this can be scheduled to address demand over certain stretches of road or it could be to replace a disrupted bus (eg. accident, breakdown, etc.).

9. Can we know if the next bus arriving is a wheelchair-accessible bus (WAB)?
Yes. The results will indicate '(WAB)' following the estimated time in minutes.
